We carry a wide selection of invitations, napkins and assorted accessories for any occasion or event.

Consultation

We provide hourly "road-map" sessions to help get you started.

Planning & Coordinating

For those who want to plan part or most of the wedding/event themselves. A list of specific duties will be outlined in a contract between all parties.

Wedding Day Director/On-Site Coordinator

• Confim and finalize details with all vendors.
• Develop and provide a timeline to all vendors for the day of wedding/event.
• Location layout (weddings include ceremony and reception).
• Troubleshooting any crisis that may arise.
• 12 hours of coordination day of wedding/event.
• One or Two meetings two weeks prior to any wedding/event.
• Emergency kit.

Weddings Only: Rehearsal direction (inform bridal party of individual responsibilities; positions & timing of all specialties the day of wedding; assisting all members of bridal party, parents and grandparents included); ceremony direction (keep events running on schedule, make sure everyone stay calm, act as messenger); reception direction (coordinate all vendors, oversee details at reception location, keep track of guest book)

Comprehensive

Complete planning of wedding or event from start to finish including:

• Welcome Kit from Lifetime of Love.
• Developing and staying within a budget.
• Interviewing vendors, contract review, and confirming all detail (photographers/videographers, florist, band or DJ, baker, caterers, etc.)
• Unlimited phone or email correspondence.
• Plus all responsibilities listed under Consultation & Wedding Day Director/On-Site Coordinator.

Weddings Only: Wedding Checklists plus a bonus Beauty Countdown; helping set-up and tear down ceremony and reception decorations.

Special Note: All services excluding Retail and Consultation will require a contract.
